It is a great pleasure to present you our one bedroom high-end apartment Dream™. Apartment Dream™ is located in downtown of Bourgas in closer proximity to the Sea Garden and the beach. It is situated in a brand new residential building made of professional ideas and capabilities of specialists who are putting lots of love and perfection in their work. The edifice is one of the most luxurious from mixed type (residential and office) in town – built with high-quality materials.

Apartment Dream™ possesses of two rooms (total area of 70 sq. m.), it is an excellent luxury high-end apartment with location, Adam Mitskevich Street № 5A, in closer proximity to the Sea Garden (Pantheon Entrance and Happy Bar & Grill Restaurant). The residence is brand new and fully furnished in accordance to the latest tendencies of interior design touches. The apartment comes with a lounge, kitchenette and designated seating area, cozy bedroom, wonderful bathroom, toilet, balcony with a view to the inner side of the building. It disposes of fully equipped kitchenette, all necessary utilities like multifunctional built-in oven, ceramic hot plates, aspiration system, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.; TV sets in all rooms, air-conditioners, high-quality tiled floor and carpet.

The capacity of the Apartment is two adults + two children/one adult. Children of all ages are welcome. Children 13 and above are considered adults at this property. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for BGN 10.00 per person per night when using an available cot. Children from 2 years old to 12 years old stay for BGN 10.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Adults stay for BGN 20.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed. The maximum number of extra cribs in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
